After the Patch

Hey guys, I don't know if this is the right section to post this, but atm i really don't care. I'm getting mad at this game because I had great fps to where didn't lag in anything. Now after the patch, I lag every time I touch my mouse. If you can tell me what I can do to fix this, or if there is anyway, please post unless it is something like, "Get a New PC" or something like that. Don't be an @$$hole please. Thanks
