sensitivity question

I am currently using 50 sensitivity with a 800dpi mouse

so now I change to a 2000dpi mouse

does it mean

I should use 800/2000*50 = 20 sensitivity ???

If i am correct, what is 0 sensitivity???

anything * 0 is 0 right??

I have 2800 dpi shift with 0 sensitivity, works out around 30 with a normal ball mouse.
