Error *Send error report?*

I get a pretty random error, that doesnt always happens, so if i start the game it starts loading the game, I enter my username and password. Then its goes to my desktop and 1/4 of my screen is black and in the middle, theres a pop-up saying send Error report? There the option "yes" and "cancel" and none does anything.
