Go to 'Deposit' at the top of the screen, then select 'Prepaid Card', second along the list will be 'Ultimate GameCard'. Select the value of your card, or the value you with to purchase as 'Buy Now', then enter the code on the UGC, into the next screen.

You could always try out PlaySpan before you redeem here. They tend to have better prices, though, they've been handing out the wrong codes lately, so it's a risk.
