It's called sharing fun videos. You are allowed to do that, and when he tells people to subscribe, it means that "if you like the awesome videos that probably toke more than 3 hours to make", then subscribe so you can watch them the secound it's released on to the web".

His videos are quite epic, the mixing is awesome. I wish I could subscribe, but I'm not allowed to make a Youtube account, so sorry.
