New great idea for td gear
Hey guys i was playing port s and d and came up with a great idea, so here it is.(and gm's if any of u read this please post a reply and consider) allright so what its is is we can buy a c4 for 5,000 gp and be able to plant it in a td match. Heres the catch you only get one per game. This will not be availible in ghost or s and d modes only in elmination and td. So every one tell me what ya think.

If you go to the "Things to NOT suggest" thread. I'm pretty sure the GMs explicitly said that they wouldn't add anything which causes large explosions. I think it's a great idea, but in implementation; the coding for it would be horrible, and the noobs would almost certainly abuse it.

Uhm, this kills the idea of the TDM. TDM is about killing eachother. If you want to use C4, I'd suggest you play a few SD matches. -

ha ha ha.. then the match wont be t.d any more. it would all be s&d ..would that make much sence? NO!!! i dont think so. it will kill the feeling of rushing in and gunning ur target to death (like what we normally do in a t.d match). so NO, i do not like the idea. it spoils the fun of the t.d and matches.

well if C4 is not a good idea what about RC bombs like the ones in Counter Strike Condition Zero Deleted Scenes....just that you dont need to be in a "RCBomb area". Sound a bit like a contolable Claymore....what do you people think? -
Well even if it wasn't a full sized explosion, it might be a good idea. Like planting a grenade sized explosion in a sniper spot and then you can detonate it from a range of like 20 yards. It really wouldn't ruin the game at all IMHO, just add a little more strategy. And if you died you died you would have to plant it again, you can't blow stuff with a detonator after you've died. And if you can throw pink heart grenades and do a ton of damage to the entire other team in a map like Egypt, a small detonation item really wouldn't be at all overpowered, especially if the opponent can diffuse it.
