DeathAdder vs Logitech MX518 (Yes, another thread about it)

So I was thinking of getting a Gaming Mouse along with a Gaming Mouse Pad (Finally!)

I've checked some reviews on both products and almost every one of them appear to be biased.

The most imporant aspects that I'm looking for are:

• Reliability (Durability might also apply to this)
• Functionality
• Comfort
• Quality
• Design (A.K.A "Looks" The least important aspect in my opinion)

The price is not a problem here, since I can get both products almost at the same price, feed back would be appreciated.

P.S If you want to suggest another mouse, please do it and post your reasons.

Go with the Deathadder. Just cause we all know Microsoft Sucks at everything. This is also a video dedicated especially to your question.


Also for your mousepad go with the Razer Ironclad™

Between the two (three?), I'd probably still take the MX518. Then Zowie. Lots of quality complaints about the DeathAdder, even if it has decent performance.

Yeah, that's what a lot of people say about the D.A, 2 days ago I was 100% sure that I would get the Mx518, until several people "said" in some other websites that it all depends on how you feel the mouse.

I hope I don't get dissapointed by the Mx518 tho.




@Day0: $59.99 for a mouse pad? I rather eat 100 tacos with that money.

xDDDDD Yea alot of people have had DPI issues with the deathadder. Tried to test your common knowledge to see if you were ready to get a mouse like this yet . Get the Mx518 it's untouchable.

Personally... I would get a steelseries. I have the death adder, and although I had my warranty on it and everything it pooped out not too long ago.

Of course the Deathadder will feel more awesome. Although the MX518 promises long hardware life. Imo deathadder is ALL looks.

there is a reason no professional e-sports players use razer mouse. go with the mx518, probably one of the widest used mouse in competitive gaming.

yes, they look cool
but im usiong a regular microsoft mouse and i do just fine

my friend has a razer mouse
and tbh
the wa it feels in my hand, just feels awkward

this is just my opinion

Because I work and I have the enough money to do it? Plus, I already spent $100 on this game, paying less than $50 for an excellent gaming mouse would be an investment in my eyes.

Yeah, I already had the QcK mousepad in mind.

QcK+ wears out if you sit in a downwards position.
I enjoy my hardmat (destructor), even though its a pain to bring on lan.
