Need help concerning support tickets

I just uploaded a hacking report along w/ replay and required info and already within a min the status is showing closed??? why..trying to help but i dont want to be wasting my time.Am i not meeting proper requirements on the form???

No, z8games is not interested in implementing any form of punishment for cheaters.
Also, dont forget that GMSaidin is lazy.

Naah, there is no movement on their side what so ever.
Punkbuster would solve the problem. But it's only a dream.

they are doing something about but with the 1,000's of reports and few staff to review it takes some time.might not be the quick instant solution you sound like your expecting but things are at least being done.but at same time u think flaming or insulting gm's will help any of this?qq'n and raging is a community problem just as much as hacking.neither 1 makes the game or forums any more enjoyable

It sometimes push things forward.
This is a product and we are the clients. ofc if I dont like it I can stop playing it and go away - I know that.
I dont want to sound too childlish but may I ask what is going on ?
If there is too many complaints and not enough staff to answer them then It would be advisable to hire more ppl and get it cleared.
The problem of hacking is being known over how many years now? (since the beginning?)
X-trap is not doing its job. Why not to try other solutions and use fresh ideas?
I would love to help, instead of writing complaints, but there's nothing I can do as I dont work for them.
I am a client wanting to get product's problems solved. Come on PPL! Do something! ;-)

your a client of a free product though.im sure they make money off zp but i dont know how their company operates.now a days u cant just say hire staff with the way the economy is.yes it is a problem that hackers are in this game but its gonna keep happening.its a neverending struggle thats cant be won so quickly.im glad their at least making a visible effort and hope it will eventually be a complete fix but as fast as they implement prevenative measures the hack providers go to work too.

It means it's been investigated, as long as you meant the valid requirements for your filling out the form and have the correct replay file in the correct category, then it has been looked at accordingly.
