ZP Redeem Codes through Playspan and UGC

Hello Z8Gamers.


Recently we have been made aware of an issue with REDEEM CODES coming from UGC and Playspan.

Players were purchasing codes and redeeming them for incorrect values. For example, some 20k ZP codes were being redeemed for 40k GP.

This is an ongoing issue that needs a little bit of time to solve both from us and from the other two sites. You must make sure you follow these steps and your issue will be fixed.

Please go to our support site, http://support.z8games.com and include the exact code, purchase receipts and information that has transpired.

You should also take the time to go to the support sites of either UGC or Playspan as well. Send them the purchase information and receipts as well as the code that you tried to use.


Please note, This has not affected everyone and not every purchase is affected. We are working with UGC and Playspan to solve the problem as fast as possible.

We will update this thread and make a full announcement when the issue is fully corrected.
