fix my sound for ZP
Something happened and I'm not sure what.
Not getting any audio from YouTube/iTunes/regular AVIs in VLC
When I do get audio, its for a few seconds (only in AVIs), then it stops and then starts sporadically a few minutes later if I leave it running.
If I reboot, I get sound for a while (10 seconds), only tested on YouTube. Still nothing in iTunes, songs don't even play.
Tried to system restore, tried to reinstall G35 drivers, tried some audio codecs. Nothing.
10k on the line, fix this

1) One of the first things I do when diagnosing a problem with sound, is try using headphones. This will determine if the problem is from the speakers or from the computer itself. If the same problem occurs with headphones you know its the computer.
2) If you are using a USB sound card are you able to connect it to another computer to test it? This will determine if its a problem with this USB device or the computer.
3) Could be some corruted audio codecs you have installed, not sound drivers but things like AC3, DTS, Vorbis, AAC etc. Uninstall whatever you installed for those, restart & test. -

Best advice so far. Always try to narrow the possibilities. -
fixed it all by myself
got a motherboard with both usb 2.0 and 3.0 ports
apparently there is a problem with g35 + 3.0 (or so it appears anyway, even though its supposed to be backwards compatible)
tried in a regular 2.0 port and works like a charm
Thanks for trying everyone <33
