over hack report !

why all my support ticket over hacking report alway have status is close ?
i just send a new ticket then come back to Contact History. That ticket was close =.='
wdf:eek:
that mean my ticket do not send to GM or some1 like that right?
so why have we that page for ?
report what when it do not send ?

yeah same problem reporting like 7 or more hacker today in 3 tickets but they get closed before i check them in the history contact... very weird in site says that for hack report a exception can send more than 2 per day without get closed...very very weird

Hack reports are exempt from the 2 ticket per day rule.

Also why does it matter if theyre closed? They wont reply to you anyway
