Okies , so I installed PS CS5...
and!
When I tried to open it...

It gave that to me too.
I just restarted computer and installed PS again.
After that it worked. <O.o>

EDIT: I'll go to lunchbreak now, but will be after that back. If you got any other problems I'll try help you Nephie ^^ *Hugs* GL!

Try redownload the installation -thingy?

Restart your PeeCee.
Uninstall PS
Re-Download
Re-Install

Should work.
