* getting kicked because u pick up a gun

* ret4rd kick: u try to kick a hacker - denied
hacker kicks u: approved

* accidential kick: missclick when trying to kick someone else but u get kicked

*afk kick

* late for bomb defuse kick

- the last man standing kick (kick last player alive so u respawn faster)
-the clutch kick (you cant kill more than 2 persons per round, if you do that means you hack)

Ooh, don't forget the "I Was BHopping/I Wasn't Moving" kick in GM. I tend to find myself on the sh*t end of that kick often.

Anyway, one I forgot all about is the Lone Hacker Kick. We've all seen it: there's more than one hacker on one team, and they start kicking each other. Must be some violation of the hacker honor code to play with another hacker on your own team.
