Send a support ticket with the information along with these screenshots. They will be able to better answer you and get your ZP delivered.

Sorry to hear you don't have your zp, I've had this problem before and sent in several support tickets. Unfortunately they failed to reply, and I was forced to call my credit card company to have my money returned.

yea i had same problem and it took them like a week to sort it out. but at least i got in the end so im happy ^^

GameMaster's usually come on about 5 PM EST, to work - but I have seen them on earlier.

They must manually put in your ZP, so you must wait a little while.

It took 2 days for mine, because it was a weekend then a holiday.

This has happened to me, I did however get my ZP without sending a support ticket. I just waited until the weekend was over and that monday it was there so I'm hoping if you wait it out you will receive your ZP unless you are planning to buy a SPOP with it.

i bought my zp using paypal and i got it the minute i bought it my friend bought his using google and it has been 2 days and he still hasn't got his zp

the big problem is.i use paypal to buy it.it's safe.
but that google thing is not so safe i think.
if z8games don't give u ur money or zp back. try to report to google about the money it will maybe give ur money back.i always do this on paypal so i don't know if google got that too.
