i did this survey/iq quiz on the earn free zp page, i confirmed the code that was sent to my mobile phone, and it said i had answered 4/10 questions correctly, and i still did not get my z8games points/ ZP points. why has this happened? i looked numerous times and it has said waiting for offer to report for almost 10 minutes, i checked back 5 minutes later and no Z8games points/ ZP points, but it says viewed, Missing these zp? i sent a ticket or whatever its called a complaint, and it never replies. please help

Z8 has no control over surveys. You can contact them. But you will get no help from technical support as it is not z8's problem.
