high ping?

Some reason i get high ping when i play this never happened before it goes from like 89 ping to like 1000-6000 for a few seconds and the people lag and stuff.. is this because the new patch?

ping spike. im not sure why your getting them out of the blue, or why their so high, but their ping spikes, small things of lag and your screen freezes?

post your computer specs and someone will try to help ya out

my ping is normally about 130 today it has been 212-370
and lowest ping i have seen today is 167
so is there something wrong with servers?

i would like to know is that i'm normally on 158 and now im on 193 , this occured when i downloaded the new patch...

samething here im used to like 30-80 ping now its like going to like 500's and stuff and i have gamebooster on....

mines normally 130 ish, last night i was playing at 200+ spiking 600+ alot, went on earlier today and it was playing normally at 130, havent been on tonight to see what its like with more people online again

Hello Jackfrost 1st fix: Go to your "Run" option on Start menu, type in Prefetch, delete EVERYTHING in the folder, that should work. Hope I helped

Maybe your having a bad connection with the server

use gamebooster(try this1 first), ccleaner, tune up(cc and tune to clean ur pc, it really works, extra fps)
gamebooster closes all programs, and maybe one of them are using ur internet

To reduce your ping,

Make sure all 2nd or 3rd party programs are closed. These include Add-on Music, or video streams.

Close all proccessing programs you do not need such as; MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, AIM, Ect.

Do not close anything you do not know.
Leads to errors within the computer.

OMG I thought it was just me!

I used to ping around 110-160 playing from the UK. Now after this new patch I'm constantly at around 210, it's making playing a whole lot harder.
