Tifa's Goal (Exercise)

Okay well most of you rant and rave about my god damn shirtless pics and troll hardcore, so I guess now I ask of your support I am currently working out and have been for the last 2-3 weeks to get back into shape again, I am currently on a diet routine and will be taking 2-4 protein shakes per day with SMALL portioned healthy meals and I want to see if this forum is supportive or your all just trolls!

Starting Routine:
*60 Bicep/Forearm Reps -- 2x/Day -- Weight Amount Used: 15LB Dumbells
*30 Crunches -- 2x/Day -- Weight Amount Used: N/A
*1.5KM Jog -- 1x/Day -- Weight Amount Used: N/A
*15 Chin Ups -- 2x/Day -- Weight Amount Used: Body Weight Equivalent.
*15 Push Ups -- 2x/Day -- Weight Amount Used: Body Weight Equivalent.

Diet (Not including protein shakes for the starting diet):
*2 Over Easy eggs on whole wheat toast -- Breakfast + 2 Glass of water.
*2 Whole Wheat SAMMIES w/ Peanut Butter, a piece fruit -- Lunch + 1L of water.
*Proportioned full meal, including meat, vegetables, and side dish -- 1L of water, 2 glasses of 2% Milk.

Let me know your feedback on this, if you've got ideas let me know them and easier workout routines or diet ideas for food intake, I have a very high metabolism.
