The Corrupted Operating System Problem- SOLUTION

Ok so I have had this problem forever. I downloaded the game again hoping they had fixed it and they still hadn't, but this time I did something. Ok, all you have to do is go into the 'Control Panel' and go to 'Add/Remove Programs'. Once you have done this go through the list and delete absolutely any program that could interact with the game. For me it was a 3D Program that makes games seem 3d. You don't have to turn off your firewall (as long as you have it set so that Crossfire and its components can connect) or reinstall! I'm so happy! I hope this helps yal out as much as it has me.
P.S. This includes Xfire. I'm sorry for those who enjoy it.
