problem cf_patcher

when i click start game my game get stuck at cf_patcher it keep loading cf_patcher ut game dont start or somthing ( and when i start up my pc explore.Exe is not active and i need put it active for my self ) plz help thx

now it just dont wanne load cf_patcher (the green bar that normaly go green keep white now !! it dont wanne update ... )
