Ultimate Game card-Prize rebel

Ok so i got 2 ultimate game cards from prize rebel and it gave me the codes for it. The problem is i dont know how to use em. in the deposit under ultimate game card i ckick buy but it says enter email not the code.

If anyone could give me step by step instructions then that would be helpful.

go to deposit and then prepaid card ^^

put in your email... and when u put in ur email. click ok. so then it will take u to a page where u put in the codes and BOOM, click ok and yea.
