curl/bench/squat/pull ups/push ups.
yeah i've made this thread before, but this time i added pull ups and push ups, seeing as how half of you don't work out. Everyone does push ups now and then.
Anyways:
Curl:
Bench:
Squat:
Pull ups:
Push up:
Here is mine.
Curl: 50 lb dumbells, or 90lbs with the curlbar.
Bench: 225 lbs.
Squat: 250 lbs.
Pull ups: 4 sets of 10, or probably 20-30 non-stop.
Push ups: I don't really count how many, I do them in various forms, diamond/incline/standard/perfect pushups.
You next? Yeah I'm hella bored.
