My CF Crashes my whole PC !?!?!?!

Im running on a notebook that has 1gb ram and 160gb hdd...And intel gma gfx...

But that ain't the problem,Half way through playing cf it crashes and not just that my pc freezes then i have to restart.And sometimes when hgwc is loading the bar it gets to 69% and freezes my pc...

I don't think other people have this issue

I need to know what can i do to prevent/fix this
