If I want young good mare, yes.
It costs 4k-7k€ and rest goes to get stable and food to her.
Stallions and Geldings are usually a bit cheaper.
But I want mare.

And you can also find about 15 years old horses which costs only 1k€,
but those usually got some skin diceases or they got some leg issues.
And taking care of those health issues costs more money.
Having a horse in Finland costs in a month about 150€ without vet or farrier visits.
