Hmm, banned..?

I find myself sitting on the forums on an account i never used, simply because i can not even submit a ticket to support. Apparently the "can not connect to test server error" means you're banned..and sure enough "account blocked ( please call )". Some bs support as far as i can tell, i call, go through every option just to get "thank you for calling g4, sorry all our mailboxes are full so go die, have a nice day!" A.K.A. You want your account? You're FU****...This support is seriously crappy, i'm not on the ban list and i can not contact you as to why i'm banned..So apparently i'm banned for doing nothing, and seeing as it appears z8 commited fraud and there is a scandal through my paypal..I'm a little PO'd. Any suggestions as to HOW i can get a hold of...ANYONE? LMK..rediculious customer support..

Read the ban thread better. If your account is blocked and your not on the ban list your account is under investigation. If z8 "fraud" you. Contact paypal. I know z8 dont fraud, contact paypal and they will set you straight that z8 didnt scam your or anything. thye will even help you out with that purchase so contact them rather than screaming z8 scammed me or be patient and wait for a support ticket reply. cussing on the forums like this isnt going to help your situation at all. Take a chillpill and calm the heck down.

ummmm,,,, what fraud was committed? if you are referring to the fact you have spent zp on guns and such which can no longer be used do your account being blocked for what ever reason... then you are wrong....
pretty sure the user agreement acknowledges that all ingame items are the property of z8games and not the user... which means they could close up shop tommorow and not owe us anything... (not that they will)......
This is the ONLY way to run a buisness model that relies on digital content that seams to work... just the way it is.
ANd as to the support number left in game contacting G4 box.... that is clearly an error left over from when the game was being developed. seance Z8 games,, not g4 box handles all account issues and server mangt in the americas version of the game....

My account is banned as well. I found out if you do live in the states, if you call in the morning around 9am EST, the number will work, just drop the 2 0's, as for getting your account back. Thats another story, I settled the issue my account had, and its still blocked. Just being patient and seeing what happens at this point.

As for submitting a ticket, I am not sure I would bother if I were you, I still have 4 tickets with no reply. Best bet is to contact paypal like the above stated and work it out through them, then call z8 at the number they provide (w/o the 0's)

I'm not screaming z8 scammed me in any way. The thing is my balance was overdrawn because of these two payments i never made. This shouldn't relate to my IG account not being able to play? I'm losing time on the weapons i've purchased through ZP and the fact i can't get a response from the customer support and to know their phone lines don't work isn't reassuring. Thank you for the new information about "investigating" but the least customer support could do is send an e-mail or even let you log in? Instead of me getting the same outcome a hacker does through being banned. It's just one big fiasco and thank you all for the information! ^^

If you have this account active then you should be able to submit a ticket with this one. Short of that, you'll need to contact a GM via the PM system.

Lol, I'm pretty sure i don't hack! I play Ghost Mode frequently and i have over 40,000 kills and i despise hackers. Just trying to get this figured out and i will call paypal tonight and HOPEFULLY get everything sorted out so i can go back to playing! Back to the thread, thank you all for posting your ideas and solutions, it is greatly appreciated. Also a note i'd throw into Paintkilla, i was not freaking out or angry in anyway, just a little frustrated as apparently you haven't gone through this. I can not submit a ticket as i requires a log in, and i can not log into the game because i'm well..."blocked." So sorry to say you information didn't help, but also please do not insult my intelligence, i'm not some child crying and moaning to get my way! I'm a very patient person seeing as this has gone on over a week and i'm just not posting on the forums. Take a chill pill yourself bud, thanks - Ryan.
