a poor hp laptop, almost a netbook.

I have 2~70 fps depending on if I move, shoot, chat and how many people or on my screen...

I get like 30 FPS regardless of how many im playing with LOL
My biggest issue however is when my mouse freezes and i cant move my crossair Thats ****s me up all the time
