The Scar Heavy has an attached scope, yet the gun cannot scope in this game.
Don't believe it? Check out a player with a SH in their inventory, search them in the Clan Page and look at the Scar Heavy with the SCOPE on top of it.

In COD MW2 you can scope with almost any gun.
