Why do you play?

Omg, it's a positive thread by Denxi, the world is ending!!!!!

Now that that's over, what about this game do you personally find appealing. Why do YOU continue to play CF?

For me it's the player movement. I can easily say that this game has the best player movements for any CS style game. Playing Source or 1.6, the players seem incredibly heavy, and unwieldy, where as these guys seem light, very easy to move about, but not floaty.

CF is the first FPS that I put some serious time in. Basically I wanted to get rid of playing runescape forand move on to something more active.

cause this game is decent. as soon as blackshot comes out, most likely i will quit this game. and yes it will be published by a european company but there are about 20-30 NA oldies that can make up a community there so it's all good

I have too many guns to count.

I can actually get a kill in this game.

Super easy.

Fun to double jump.

Fun to glitch through walls.

Fun to get dc'd at half.

I think that they are doing too much worthless, nonsubstantial BS rite now. That XMAS map and weapon set probs took them a decent amount of time. It all disapeers in a few weeks. The hats are stupid, the sprays are dumb, nametag too many -.- and no new GM maps that are played nearly as much as lab.

Reasons that make me want to leave CF:
1) People unable to tell the difference between hacks and a good gamer
2) Very poor Gamesmanship in many clan wars
3) Constant abuse of glitches and hacks

Reasons that make me Stay:
1) Im Leader of my Clan.
2) My friends (IRL) are just getting back into it
3) Spent too much $ to just quit.

to have fun. my ping spikes about 40 times during a game, still cant figure it out, but i still play, because of the community (SOME. not counting any kids that spam swear words or ha***k or mom jokes)

I play 1.6 I play both games about 50/50 still. I play cf because my team won't go with me to 1.6, and this game is easy.

I downloaded it to see what it was like, and once I start playing I keep playing until I've got at least a very decent skill level in most areas

i like your threads anyway,positive or negative.
to the topic:i like crossfire because you pay for weapons and you have them "forever"(if the server explodes,theyre gone but thats another story).i hate this "rent-a-wep" shiit from ca and warrock.
edit:i like the design of the aug in this game,in many other games it looks like shiit.
