Bhop is not a glitch

BH wasn't intended to be here. But it wasn't punished at any point so we can't call it a glitch while technically it still is one in some sence. Hence it's not bannable AND even more balancing the game, Z8 even encouraged BH'ing making it more accesible to lower skill players.
