"repair is full"?

i have 27 days left on my m4a1 adv b, and when i go to repair it, it says "repair is full". what does this mean?

  I got this on my AK Camo when I got another one from a crate. I restarted CF and it was fully repaired. Maybe they made it so when you win a duplicate gun it repairs it.

  Could just be a bug, try switching severs/restarting CF, and you should be repaired. Or try in game and see if it is.
