I bought "change in game name" but I can't use this because I cannot put DOTS "." in The Name, but in game i saw so much players with dots in the name! why i cant make the dots in name too? like .Monster. or T.Pain or something

They have dots because they made the name during the beginning of OBT. And you can change your name, just dont add dots.

sigish is saying that during open beta testing you could use periods/dots... you cant anymore. they decided not to allow it. idk y. i am sorry my friend...
