Every gun should have the better versions

I think that every gun should have a scoped, advanced, camo, custom, gold and silver version of it.

Here's the idea: Currently, there aren't "better" versions of every gun. You should be able to have things an gold custom M4A1, or a silver scoped Type 89. This would mean that you could have much more modification of the weapon.

Obviously, you couldn't have redundant additions, such as a scoped Steyr AUG A1. But you could have a gold+silver+camo+custom K1A. Gold and silver could only exist simulataneously with camo, since they would alternate on the gun.

This would also add a lot more ammo for those who wanted it.

And perhaps having "ultra" versions of the attachments: double the power/ammo increase when used. That would mean a completely silent, low-flash weapon.

+10 From Ultra camo
+10 From Ultra gold
+10 From Ultra silver
+10 from Ultra custom

For the M4A1, this would result in a much better ammo load of 70/210. I would like to mention that a C-Mag option should be added, although it would slow the operator down somewhat, the M4 would then get 170/510, since the 'C' stands for century (100).

+10 From Ultra silver
+10 From Ultra custom
+100 from C-Mag

The C-mag should also have an "ultra" variant, meaning that it would add 200 rounds of ammo instead of 100. This would increase the slowing though...

+10 From silver

+200 From Ultra C-Mag

That means a loadout of 270/810. The ammo enhancers should also be applied here:

+10 From ultra gold
+10 From ultra silver
+10 From ultra camo
+10 From ultra custom
+200 From ultra C-Mag

+480 overall before extra mags for NM

This would lead to a clip loadout of 270/1,080 before the addition of NM extra magazines. The soldier is now carrying 1,250 rounds of ammo total. The ammo expander adds 50% ammo to the reserves, though, not the total.

50% of 1,080 is 540

1,620

So in NM, your man or woman is carrying a clip load of 405/1,215. Now that, is a more effective soldier by far. If you added this to the M60, whew, that would be a huge improvment in ammo capacity.
