gamebooster closes all programs/processes boosting your fps and sometimes your ping(some programs use internet)

Downloading don't effect on FPS. It effects on ping. ;((

Depends on how much memory the program that is downloading is using.

I use GameBooster + TuneUp Turbo Mode = works like a cham

My FPS increased from 50 to 150. But my ping is now increased to 200+ since like mid-last year!

Also NASA Internet sux b_s!

if you have a external harddrive you can record your videos to that, makes game play so much smoother

If you want to CAP your FPS, then google search FPS Limiter. Works perfect for me.
