Is there any difference between a normal nade
and the mutation one?

yes sir mutation nade can only be used in that mode but it does more damge on the zambies

nade= maximum only 100 damage. hurts everyone
mutated nade= maximum 1000 damage. hurts only mutated. makes a big BOOOM

1k damage to mutants with mutation grenade.
108 (O.o) with a reg. grenade if you get the mutant perfect.
