Some people don't spend insane amounts of money on good computers thus not even getting decent FPS in the first place let alone record and drop the FPS they get more.

Bro, I get an average of 40-60 fps in 5v5's, if I record with fraps on 2FPS even, it goes down by about 15-20.
IDK about you but I don't like playing with 20 fps.

There is nothing in that youtube video that blatant says I hack.I have alot of fraps where I bang people through walls,prefire the walls and get kills doing it.And get called a hacker in the videos...Sometimes theres just that omg he is a hacker blah blah blah moment or day and mostly its just plain out luck or just the other person sucked that match.I been playing alot at like 3-7 am and its mostly high pingers,I get kicked out of room after every match.But it is what it is and I just got zp so time to oopen crates;)
