I have.

I used to do it in GM but then i felt like i was cheating with 150 ping and a shovel.

High ping is better than low ping. Seriously? Lol.

I know there are people who still fail with low ping, but low ping is clearly an advantage.

High pings = High damage with 1 slash (knife)

against low pingers, they come around the corner and headshot you before you barly see them.

against high pingers, they come around the corner and spray you and kill you before you barly see them.

pretty much the same thing. but you can own the middle pingers atleast.

I have 120 ping... pretty much in the middle since the laggers are 200+ and the low pingers are under 50 ms. BS.
