How can you be an openly hacking clan?

Two guys from a clan called BaNNed were talking on team chat (blue words) in a TDM yesterday. They were saying how they wanted more hackers in their clan so that they could win more clan matches. I tried to kick but it did not work. I tried to save the replay but I D/C -_-

They were on MY TEAM and I did not talk to them nor ever fight their b4 clan so I am NOT flaming FYI.

One said to post on a website called gamekillers dot net (a hacking website) and that they could get more members there. I checked the website when I was done playing because I wanted to see if players could actually be that stupid (NOT TO HACK MYSELF. I SUCK BUT I PLAY FAIR).

Sure enough, the BaNNeD Clan has a post on gamekillers dot net crossfire forums trying to recruit hackers from a hacking website. I have never reported a hacker and do not know how to. Will some moderator of admin PLEASE validate what I am saying and get rid of this clan? (or at least the people trying to recruit hackers?)

This is my first and maybe only post so I won't be getting back to you guys likely. Just letting you know.
