Reporting Blockers.
Yes, you can report them, and they will be banned.
Why? Here's a little backstory to explain.
If you weren't here a while back, a few friends and I began soemthing called Pub Jacking. This involved going into a game like Port, and have 2 of us on either team. When the round began, we ran to mid and to the secret passage to long A. we stayed there, calling out if a enemy was going to come up the ladder, and survived/killed until it ws only us left.
One of the ways we accomplished this is by blocking enemies who were going to come up the ladder by standing on the top, allowing an ally on the opposing team to shoot them dead.
When we accomplished this, we ran around the map multiple times, and/or stacked in random corners.
We were banned for this, and Naro, one of the friends I referred to before, lost his MOD powers because of this. The reasoning? Harassment.
Now, obviously that's not what harassment means. However, they stated that it was due to us "ruining the game experience for others, by playing the game in a way that it shouldn't be played."
Is that not what blocking is? It sounds vaguely familiar to a technique we used to survive.
If you report them under "Harassment," then they should be banned. Otherwise it means the Pub Jacking is legal again, and I can have some fun

very nice exploiting this, i believe this was before my time, or atleast before i started paying attention to things like this.
i hate blockers, and if anyone says we cant report them, after your situation, then well, pub jack all you want, and quite frankly, teach me for that matter. -

I approve of this message.
Me, Deadeye, Naro, Denxi and a few others did this and about 4 out of the 6 of us got banned for a week for it and Naro got his mod removed. -

TELL THAT TO THE DUMBASSES THAT SPRAY OR JUMP OFF A SAFE SPOT (ex. A at port) JUST TO GET TRANSFORMED INTO A ZOMBIE. WE WOULDN'T NEED TO BLOCK IF IT WEREN'T FOR THE IDIOTS IN THIS GAME. ZOMBIES WOULD NEVER WIN IF EVERYBODY LISTENED.

this is the dumbest BAN I have ever hear of first off their is no posting stating that blocking can or will be considered HARASSMENT it is another form of team work.
With that being said I think YES BLOCKING can be abused, but to ban some one for blockling the k/d and win/loss dont even count its like getting free EXP.
This is just SAD I cant beleve this is going to be an issue grow up whiners and play the GAME [key word GAME] have some fun I thought that's what mutation mode was for FUN?

its a temp ban, but even so i think its a little outrageous...

Basically, if you're playing the game differently than intended and it's degrading the experience for others, they're going to get annoyed. If you annoy enough people, you'll get reported. If you get reported enough, Z8 will do something about it. I don't necessarily think that even temp bans were a bit extreme, but you can't go around messing with people's games and expect nothing to happen. As for Naro, from what I heard, pubjacking was simply the straw that broke the camel's back in terms of his modship.

All I have to say on this issue THIS IS SAD that blocking has become illegal, I personaly have blocked 1 or 2 times it was funny but I did not continue to block because it was booring and have not blocked since due to the booring part. I dont care if pepole get banned or not from blocking.
On the other hand all the version's of Crossfire jap. chinese ect., have the containers in the maps that pepole are useing to block what else are the containers there for, they are for blocking, they can not be for hiding in cause thats the dumbest place to hide as a human i gusee just block off the containers or make it so you can pass through other mutants. -

you make ZERO sense did you miss the part where I was talking about BLOCKING if you had you might not have made this useless comment, have not played chinese cfin like 6 months but I started playing Japanese CF due to the better ping and blocking is not this big of a ISSUE go make your pointlesss coments some where else.

Ah Naro.. I miss that MOD, he was a good player and fun person.. just broke one too many rules to be allowed as a MOD anymore. All MODs have to follow all the rules always, even more so then regular players since we keep a constant eye on them.
Oh and as for blocking... yeah as stated by the MODs here already, just don't do it.. you will be temp banned and more so if you continue.
