Any Tips to not lag while recording with fraps?

Does anyone have any tips to not lag while recording with fraps? i want 2 make a CrossFire Video Project but i lag to much when i record and so i get bad clips and cant make a good video. so any tips

game booster should help a bit.
and the lower the quality the less you lagg ( all depends on your specs though )

wen i use game booster it wont let me hit f9 2 record so tht wont work

you need a good computer to record with no lag =/

Go to the Movies section of FRAPS,set "Half-size" and check 60 fps,that works for me.
Oh and Half-size will record the entire screen but in a smaller format.

'cept you wont get 100 fps.
