It probably has absolutely nothing to do with the servers. As the day goes on, more people are on the internet, slowing down everything.

Ping pretty much has nothing to do with anything z8. Ping is only affected by the amount of traffic on your connection and the path your connection takes to reach Z8.

Answer move to north american, its because more people are playing in the morning = hogging servers = higher pings.

my ping is the same all day, no problem at all.
