Looking for a Scrim clan

I'm not known in crossfire (obviously) but I've played this game and the competition was really bad so I've decided to give this game a try again. As I am downloading the game now.
I have past game experiences I've played counter strike 1.6 a little until my account got hacked, I still play Soldier Front (came 4th place in Nationals) and I'd like to try other FPS games so I'm gonna try to give Crossfire another try.

-I have vent,a mic, and I am 16.

-When I used to play I used an M4 and destroyed kids.

-You can think I'm crap but all you can do is give me a try.

Edit- When I used to play my ping was around 16-30 Idk about now and I am East Coast.
