well you can have it so that people can only speak to people on their own team.
umm well lag -.- CS:S and TF2 have less reg issues, even with a higher ping, and with the ingame speech.

Because Z8 is definitely a major gaming company that has tons of money to throw around and forces us to pay 50$ for a game.......

Voice chat isn't going to happen in Crossfire. If you want voice chat, get a ventrilo server (http://mainvoice.net/ has really cheap servers btw)
