Ok Once I Bought A $25 Visa Debit Card On A Store.
Then I Signed Up On PayPal.
When I Finished, There Was No Cash In It.

Can You Guys Help Me How To Get The Cash To My Paypal.

1st thing is you click get verified.

Then click my Profile>add credit card.

Type the information and it should be done in some time.

I did That But Then I Still Dont Have My Money.

i live in europe so we use euros
and my paypal balance always shows 0 euros but i can buy zp coz my visa electron has money on it so just try buy zp

Ok, there should still be cash on your card, just because you sign up paypal doesnt take the money directly off your card. you buy things and use the paypal account login and it takes it off your card.

Ok, but it will say $0.00 trust me, go buy whatever you want that allows paypal purchases and it will take it off your credit card

ye my paypal always shows balance as 0 but still i can buy things
coz the money is on my visa electron not paypal

Im guessing you bought a visa gift card? If you did go to the visa gift card to verify the card it self and to see the balance on the card. After the visa gift card is verified trying adding a credit card to your paypal account.

Yes, Its A Visa Gift card.
How Do I Get To The Visa Gift Card To Verify The Card It Self?
I Bought A $25 Gift Card At 7-11.
