Download Freezing? vol. ANNOYING!

Well, I download crossfire, everytime I click it. the installer.

It freezes my folder not allowing me to get to the install,
causing me to force-close. or restart my computer.

this does not happen with other downloads just crossfire.

I'm downloading it as we speak again because I love the game.
I re-downloaded from torrent, and all sites. BUT STILL FREEZE!

NOTE: Other installments dont do it either.
