Ventrilo/Teamspeak issue with CF

When I'm in the menus or in-game I can't seem to get my push to talk buttons to work with teamspeak or ventrillo. I've tried changing keys and making sure they're not bound in CF. I've run everything as administrator and nothing.

Only usually problem is runnin as admin that I'm aware of. but u already did

Make sure you go in to setup and enable PTT and Use direct sound......
