Weapon before Scar L?

What weapon did you use before ranking up to get the scar L? Or maybe you just stuck with the m16. Im trying to choose a gun.

When I first started playing, I used the M16 for about a month thinking it was the M4 I bought from the beginning.

Went over to M4 when I realized whats what. G36 and other sweet guns followed. Then the SL was released. Didn't switch to it.
Just wanted to brag about being here pre-SL.

Pretty sure I bought the K2 before the SL when I eventually bought it though.

Nitpicking here, but the G36 and SCAR Light were released in the same patch.

I'd say the M4. It's probably the easiest to level up with.

I stuck with SG and Mp7. Sg was pretty decent, but MP7 was just fun as hell to use

I really don't recommend selling guns though, you lose more then you gain.
