Hmm... I want to buy a sub 'cause I just reliased I don't have any permanent ones.
I DON'T want a Kriss because of the price, I want a half decent GP one.
Any suggestions?

BTW, I played with a temporary MP7 yesterday on Egypt. It didn't give me the best of scores but damn! It was one of the most fun matches I've had in a long time.

I had to go remind myself what SMGs were in this game, cause it's been a while since I played. Is that sad, or what? XD

ANYWAY! Only counting GP guns that you can buy outright (Non-crate, non-ZP), the best two SMGs are the MP5 and the K1A. The MP7 and the UZI don't have the outright power, and the P90 has the distinct problem of a rediculously long reload time in this game.

Despite my overall love of MP5s in all games...I'd still say the one to go for is the K1A. It has decent power, it has a good rate of fire, but this gun also has beautiful accuracy when you burst fire for long-range shots. And spraying it close-range it seems to hold its accuracy better than the MP5 does here.

Neither of those guns should stear you wrong. But it'll still take a little practice to best out most of the ARs.

i'd go for either mp5, because of its fast rate of fire and mobility, its an all around gun

or go for uzi, because its fun to use and you'll feel like a ninja :P

personally i dont like k1 that much... simply because its loud as hell and the reload is annoying

Blow SMG's, if you can afford it get a G36k, its basically just a more powerful SMG, with very good ROF, good power, and if you can control it, brilliant for spraying over longer distances

otherwise get the K1a

I'd take the Mp5. The k1a is WAY too loud.
My choice would be Mp5.
A wise choice would be k1a.

Fun Fact: Back in the day, the K1A was one of the top hacker's favorite. I don't know why, but it was.

P90 is REAAALLY underrated. I use it instead of my kriss sometimes, but the mp5 is hands down the best GP SMG.

I second the G36K. It handles like an SMG at close range, but can also be used for one-shotting if you end up in a long distance firefight. It's a very powerful compact gun, has a fun little scope to mess around with, and unlike most guns has an ABSOLUTE BEAST spray pattern. If you aim at their head, they die. If you hit them center mass, the spray goes STRAIGHT UP, so they get headshot and die. However, few people actually realize how awesome the UZI is. Sure you go negative every other match, but it's fun as hell to use. Every game when you get a few kills with it people always type "lol uzi," and it's really isn't as bad as everyone says it is. Sure the crosshairs take up the whole screen, but if you actually try shooting at just a wall you'll see that it actually goes almost exactly where you point every time. (Use crosshairs type 2 or 3) And of course it has low power and high recoil, but you really can get off 5+ shots in an instant without noticing any change in bullet direction. And if you use a Deagle in ZM and switch to an Uzi when you start getting chased, you'll be running backwards and they'll be FLYING in the opposite direction. Add in a reload that's quicker than the MP5 and 50% extra mutation mode ammo, they won't be able to come CLOSE to you.

he wants an SMG not a wall of text.......
G36 is not an ideal gun as an SMG i'm sorry its an assault rifle. and the UZI is probs the worst SMG as well, my as.s has more power then it.

MP7 is one of the more useless guns in CF. I had one for 7 days and couldn't finish breaking it, my kdr was going into the toilet using that thing.

K1a IMO is a beast. Yeah it's loud but spraying always seems to work with it, and single/double shots at long range are accurate and reasonably powerful.

K1A does fine as well, but it's too noisy >.<
Uzi for the lulz
(MP7 is garbage. P90..idk, didn't use it too often. Galil is fine too, but I'd rather go for MP5)

i agree i want a Sub gun too but i already know witch ( in this game is no Russian SubMashin Gun so my oppinion goes to the Bizon

like in AvA i would Spend all my GP or ZP on it

G36k is a very good gun. I'd recommend it.
Uzi is amazing aswell. I find espcially in gm,but you need to be good at pinpointing cuz low ammo + high rof = running out of bullets fast!
I have a MP5-adv and its an ok gun. I would say the 2 above are much better though.
