i need your help on this. i got message from support ticket. guy said something about account id. what is account id.? sorry i don't know what that is :S

i got this..

Dear player;

We are sorry you have experienced this problem,Please send us your account id and character name. We will look into this and if we do find something wrong we hope to have it fixed as soon as possible.

what exactly should i send?

Im not sure but acc id should be ur loginname.

Account ID is loginname.
