Game closing mid game/end game/and errors

Im running windows 7, 3GB memory, geforce 8200, and 2.0Ghz Dual Core. Everytime i end a game the game auto closes almost everytime(i dont get to see statistic of the game and have to reopen the program), i also get a blue screen that auto restarts my computer, and almost everytime this happens if it doesn't i get an error and if i hit ok, or cancel it closes the game out. IDK if this is a problem on my end or on CF's end or if there is anything i can do about it. Any posts would be of help
