First off, there are PLENTY of people who do care about the outcome of each mission. The prize of a free weapon to break means a total of 2,500 GP. That can buy me nade slots and defuse kit for scrims or WOGL because I simply don't have the money to get ZP.

Second, BL is going to win every single event, trust me.

Third, Capitalizing Every Word That You Write Is A Total Pain In The Arse, And I Cannot Fathom Why Anyone Would Ever Want To Do it. I Feel Dumber Already.

Rival actually sucks, no-one cares about it. For e.g the current mission is BlackWidow, and I only see ppl doing that map in Alpha 7, I hardly see anywhere else.

This guy has a point.
It might not matter to the people who buy ZP on a regular, but it will to the people who don't buy ZP at all.
However, my opinion remains: I really couldn't care about the outcome of Rival Factions.

Meh GR should just give up if anyone on GR still cares...

The event itself is controlled by the Devs./Gm's/Whatever.

BL won to bring the NM to this version, so the storyline is decided by whoever is in charge of the event.

I bet no matter who won the event, Mutation Mode was being introduced anyway. It obviously didn't get developed overnight, so clearly we were going to get it anyway. The 'storyline' that gets changed it that useless chunk of text on the briefing page. All I care about it the reward at the end when BL wins all the maps. Should be pretty sweet.
