Future Game Mode: Domination?

I've found this video and it appears to be a new game mode in Asian CF. Whatever is going on is difficult to interpret, but it appears to be a game mode similar to Unreal Tournaments domination mode with perhaps a little bit of SnD and hostages mode mixed in? Its hard to explain just watch the video...

Found it:

There's a portal, the Black List has to Breakout by
entering this portal and the Global Risk must kill
them when they try to enter in the portal. When a BL
break through it, he return at his spawn and get
some points and can return again and again.
When some1 break through the portal, nobody
can enter until 5 sec.

When all BL breakout or if time run out, people will
switch side. Oh, and about the door. The Black List
must destroy them to have the access to the portal.
Global can go on BL side but BL can't go on GR side
until the door is broken or if they boost, lol.
